faq

I am based in Wielandstr.3, 10625. I usually cover the max bike distance of 10 minutes. This website is still a work-in-progress, you can send me an enquiry and we can figure out if I can come take care of your kitties!

I speak Italian, English and can understand the majority of German (unfortunately I still struggle with speaking it) BUT you can 100% write me in German if that’s better for you.

yes, I am on both platform. Down here you find the links to my profile. If you prefer to book through one of those platforms, please do so!

Catinaflat 🐱

Catinaflat and Pawshake offer a range of extra services for the users, but they keep 20% of the total fee for those services. Hence why my prices are higher there.

payments are to be made by bank transfer only (this way, you should be able to use the invoice in your tax declaration under “household services”)

you can pay before or after. However, for longer stays (or first time clients) I might request 50% deposit up front.

unfortunately, no. I have my own two furry friends at home and at the moment I don’t have an extra room for visitor cats 🙂

I get too-sick-to-work very rarely (never took a sick day in my 4 years period working in an office), but in case that happens I have a trusted colleague who can sub for me.

if your kitty needs to be taken to the vet, fear not! I have a car and can drive them to your preferred vet in no time at no extra cost. you will need to cover the expenses either directly with your vet (if you have an established relationship with them

of course! I love taking photos of cats, and I will gladly send them to you every day. Please note, if I am taking care of more than one cat, I will finish my round and send the pictures once I am back home.

during the first free meetup, you can handover the keys straight away or you can bring them to me (Wielandstr. 3 or Wilmersdorferstr. commercial area) at a later time. I can also keep the keys if you travel often. If I have to pick them up at a later time, an additional fee might apply.
